Dude, so much AD here, why not clean them all?

Hello.dvd shrink error message - Have been useing shrink for ages no probs, now getting this up.DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Out of memory. Not enough storage is available to process this command.Plenty of room on my H drive.Even tried emptying the temp folder of the previos film but no luck. Even deleted prog and downloaded it again but still no luck?
